映画の中では、「アリス、これは歴史のお勉強よ」という言葉のみ出てくる文章ですが、文を訳すと、「歴史のお勉強に集中してくれない？」というような意味となります。
まず、will you～で、～してくれないか？という意味となります。
Will youは依頼を表すときにも、未来の意思を表すときにも使えます。
どちらの意味で使われているかは、その後の動詞の意味を見て、推測していくこととなります。
次に、pay attention toという言葉、これは「（to以下のことに）注意を払う」という意味があります。
to以下のことに注意を払うという言葉ですが、注意を払うというような直接的な訳し方をしていることは少なく、大体は、その文章の意味から推測して言葉を変化させています。
今回の文章であると、アリスが、お姉さんの読んでいる歴史の本の内容を聞かずに、飼い猫と遊んでしまっているため、見かねたお姉さんが、歴史の勉強に注意を払う、つまり「集中」してくれない？という意味を込めて言っているものと考えられます。
しかし、会話であり、言い方がこの言い回しの意味を含んでいそうなこと、姉妹の会話ということから、和訳分は簡略化されていると推測できます。

直訳すると「そのままのものは何もない。しかし、何もかもがありのままとは違う」というかなりややこしい文章となります。
ここで使われているwould beは、仮想の結論を述べていて、その理由を次のbecause以降で述べています。
未来の表現であるwill beを仮定法過去で表現し、would beとなっています。
また、ここで使うWhatは先行詞を含む関係代名詞として使われています。
さらに、文中のitですが、Nothing would be what it is,で使われているitはNothingのイコールとなっており、everything would be what it isn’t.で使われているitはeverythingとイコールとなっています。
不思議の国のアリスの世界観を出すために、英語独特のかなりややこしい使いまわしが多数出てきますが、この文章もかなり特徴的となっており、直訳して日本語として理解するのは難しいでしょう。

このようにThat’s it!は「まさにそれだ！」という意味で使われます。

映像の中で、アリスはお母さんが言ったことからひらめいて“That’s it!”と独り言を言ったわけです。普段の会話でも相手の言ったことに対して、「そうそう！」って共感することはよくあるでしょう？そんなタイミングで使えるフレーズです。

この場合、お母さんが言ったこととアリスの間には少し距離があるのでThatを使っているのですが、目の前のものに対してはThis is it!が使えるのでセットで覚えておくといいです。

例えば、ずっと買いたいと思って探している服があったとします。そしてたまたまお母さんがお誕生日プレゼントにその服をくれたとしたら、目の前にあるので “This is it!” (まさにこれが欲しかったのよ！)と言えるわけです。

これでThat’s it!とThis is it!を使い分けられますね
